Camping Union 2026
Some experiences transform us in the most unexpected ways. Over the course of stays, seasons, and moments spent at the campsite, this place becomes much more than a destination: it becomes part of our story. The theme of this edition, "The People We Become Here," invites campers to share an original, authentic, and personal story highlighting a transformation experienced during their camping trip.
Whether through nature, encounters, challenges, memories, or shared moments, each story must reflect a change, an evolution, or a significant moment that began here. Photos and videos serve to enrich the story and capture the atmosphere, emotions, and details that bring this transformation to life.
Entries will be selected to participate in the competition based on criteria such as the authenticity of the stories and the quality of the photos and videos.
Three winning participants will be selected by our judges at the end of the 2026 season. By sharing part of their journey, campers also help to inspire others. As human beings, we learn from each other.
After all, what is the value of a transformative experience if it is never shared?
1st prize: $750 gift certificate,
2nd prize: $550 gift certificate,
3rd prize: $250 gift certificate.

Participation period:
Until October 13, 2026.
Winners will be announced on November 1, 2026.
Who can participate:
All campers in the Camping Union Network during 2026.
What to submit:
1 short story, maximum 250 words (required).
Up to 3 original photos (optional). 1 short video, maximum 1 minute (optional).
Participation Rules:
All content must be original and authentic, and reflect a personal transformation experienced at Camping Union.
You must have permission from everyone appearing in the photos, and children photographed must have parental consent.

Winner Selection:
3 grand prize winners, chosen by a jury based on emotional impact, image/story quality, and narrative strength.
